Participating in OCHF's annual golf tournament means you are helping to provide a vital service to our rural community and keeping essential healthcare close by. Tournament check-in is at 9am with a shot gun start at 10am. Lunch is served on the course. Tournament contests include hole-in-one, putting contest, closest to the pin and longest drive. Our dinner & awards banquet features a 50/50 and basket raffle with excellent prizes. TITLE SPONSOR includes: Exclusive Naming rights with company logo on tournament apparel, carts, & banner, Signage at two holes & Putting Green, Golf for eight (8) in the tournament, Company swag in player gift bag, Full color back cover program ad, Display table at check-in/dinner area, and Company Logo in all tournament marketing materials. PLATINUM SPONSOR includes: Company logo on unique tournament gift, Signage at two holes, Golf for four (4) in the tournament, Company swag in player gift bag, and Half page program ad. GOLD SPONSOR includes: Selecting one tournament contest to sponsorship with signage at corresponding hole, Golf for four (4) in the tournament, Company swag included in gift bag, and Half page program ad. SILVER SPONSOR includes: Golf for two (2) in the tournament, Company swag included in gift bag, Signage at one hole, and Half page program ad. BRONZE SPONSOR includes: Signage at one hole and Quarter page program ad. For those that cannot participate in the tournament as a golfer or sponsor, we are also selling program ads, accepting gift baskets for the basket raffle held at the award ceremony and looking for event volunteers.
